✨ INNER COMPASS : SLOW BURN YOGA ✨
A candlelight vinyasa experience focused on presence, breath, and inner awareness.
This is not a class about how your yoga looks.
It is a class about how it feels.
"INNER COMPASS" is a slow, intentional vinyasa class, designed to help you turn your attention away from performance, comparison, and perfection and toward what is actually happening inside your body, heart, and mind.
🕯️ What to Expect
This is a vinyasa class, but we will work with the breath in an incredibly intentional way, slowing the pace down and moving with purpose.
The sequencing will be technically simple, but that does not necessarily mean easy.
You will not find:
• Handstands
• Arm balances
• Chaturangas
• Pushups
• Flashy transitions
• Complicated choreography
• Pressure to make your practice look a certain way
Instead, you will be invited to explore:
✨ Breath-led movement
✨ Slower, deeply intentional transitions
✨ Guided meditation and inner reflection
✨ Presence with sensation, emotion, and thought
✨ Letting go of the need to “get it right”
✨ Moving according to your internal experience rather than outward appearance
👁️ Close Your Eyes. Turn Inward.
Throughout the practice, you will be invited to work with your eyes closed whenever it feels appropriate.
Blindfolds will also be provided for anyone who would like to take that experience a little deeper.
The blindfold is always optional.
The purpose is not to shut out the world. It is to turn down some of the external information we are constantly processing so we can become more curious about what is happening within.
🔥 Technically Simple. Internally Challenging.
Without the mirror, without watching the people around you, and without worrying about whether a pose looks “right,” something interesting can happen.
You start to notice.
Your breath.
Your body.
Your reactions.
Your resistance.
Your expectations.
Your inner dialogue.
And perhaps, underneath all of that, your own inner guidance.
This candlelight practice is an opportunity to slow down, listen inward, embrace imperfection, and practice being present with what is.
No performance.
No perfection.
Just you, your breath, your body, and the practice.
