This 30-minute session is designed with your nervous system in mind. Whether you’re navigating the aftereffects of an auto accident, a toxic relationship, or any other form of trauma, this experience offers a gentle and supportive way to reconnect with your body.

This session offers your choice of Stretch Therapy or Massage work, blended with energy healing.

You’ll be guided into a space that encourages release, balance, and restoration. Unlike traditional treatments that are “done to you,” this is a co-created process—you’re in the driver’s seat every step of the way. Together, we shape the session around what feels safe, supportive, and aligned for you, so you can reclaim a sense of agency, ease, and empowerment in your healing journey.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

You will receive an email reminder 72 hours prior to your appointment, giving you ample time to make any changes before the cancellation window begins.

• Cancellations made 24–48 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours, including same-day cancellations or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Any outstanding balance must be paid in full before booking future appointments.
