The Body Alchemy Signature Session is a deeply restorative experience, blending gentle techniques from craniosacral therapy, therapeutic touch, and subtle massage. Small areas of massage are offered around the head, neck, and face, while energy work and mindful touch support the hands, arms, feet, and legs.

You remain fully clothed throughout, so we recommend loose, comfortable clothing to allow access to your arms and legs. This work is completely gentle, without agenda or force, honoring your body’s natural rhythms.

Rooted in craniosacral principles, the session engages the nervous system, brain, spinal cord, and cerebrospinal fluid, using long, intentional holds to encourage deep nervous system regulation. It’s especially effective for trauma, anxiety, chronic pain, stress, and emotional balance.

For those carrying the weight of responsibility or life stress, this session is a rare chance to truly “hit the off button.” It allows your body and mind to fully relax, recharge, and reset. Through deep co-regulation and held space, the Body Alchemy Signature Session offers the soulful rest your heart has been longing for.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and schedules sometimes change. To honor both your time and ours, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations.

• Cancellations made the day before your appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee.

• Same-day cancellations or missed appointments without notice will be charged the full service fee.
