The Body Alchemy Signature Session is a deeply restorative experience, blending gentle techniques from craniosacral therapy, therapeutic touch, and subtle massage. Small areas of massage are offered around the head, neck, and face, while energy work and mindful touch support the hands, arms, feet, and legs.

You remain fully clothed throughout, so we recommend loose, comfortable clothing to allow access to your arms and legs. This work is completely gentle, without agenda or force, honoring your body’s natural rhythms.

Rooted in craniosacral principles, the session engages the nervous system, brain, spinal cord, and cerebrospinal fluid, using long, intentional holds to encourage deep nervous system regulation. It’s especially effective for trauma, anxiety, chronic pain, stress, and emotional balance.

For those carrying the weight of responsibility or life stress, this session is a rare chance to truly “hit the off button.” It allows your body and mind to fully relax, recharge, and reset. Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

You will receive an email reminder 72 hours prior to your appointment, giving you ample time to make any changes before the cancellation window begins.

• Cancellations made 24–48 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours, including same-day cancellations or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Any outstanding balance must be paid in full before booking future appointments.
