This 90-minute session is your nervous system’s dream vacation. We ditch the script and follow the healing your body actually needs—whether that’s sound healing, breathwork, craniosacral magic, energy work, massage therapy, or those glorious neck stretches. It’s intuitive, deeply relaxing, and tailored to you in real time.

Includes intake, consultation, treatment, and checkout. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to find your zen (and the parking spot). We have a comfy waiting room in case you are an overachiever and get here before we are ready for you!

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and schedules sometimes change. To honor both your time and ours, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations.

• Cancellations made the day before your appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee.
• Same-day cancellations or missed appointments without notice will be charged the full service fee.
