Mirilena is a devoted guide in the realms of healing, embodiment, and consciousness. Though she no longer teaches yoga full time, her foundation as a yoga teacher since 2017 continues to live within her work. She carries forward the Vedic teachings as a living philosophy, embodying their wisdom through presence, practice, and devotion. As a student of many altars, she honors the sacred threads of multiple lineages, weaving their teachings together into a rich tapestry of wisdom, reverence, and integrated understanding.
Trained in breathwork at The Breath Center under the guidance of Michael Brian Baker, Mirilena integrates the ancient wisdom of the breath with the mystical resonance of sound and ritual. A hands-on energy healer since childhood, she has spent nearly a decade supporting those navigating PTSD, trauma, grief, and loss, holding compassionate, grounded space for profound emotional release and spiritual reconnection.
Mirilena is also a dedicated student of Hawaiian Huna, an indigenous wisdom tradition that teaches the sacred power of forgiveness, personal responsibility, and the restoration of harmony within oneself and with others. She studies under the guidance of Kumu Matt James and is an initiated student within the Ho'omanaloa Halau in Kailua-Kona. She also continues her studies with Kumu Patrick Scott, deepening her understanding of forgiveness as a pathway to liberation, empowerment, and spiritual alignment.
As a full Mesa Carrier within the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition of Peru, Mirilena honors the lineage of sacred reciprocity and ceremony, bridging the seen and unseen worlds. Her offerings invite participants to remember their innate wholeness, reclaim their inner authority, and return home to the truth of the heart. 🌿✨
